Creating an account takes no extra time and allows you to track the progress of your order, create wishlists and speeds up the checkout on future orders.

When you create an account your order details are entered for you, saving time when you next checkout.
Wishlists
A wishlist is an easy way for you to keep track of the items that you want so you don't have to search for them later.
Visit the account creation page to create your Red Tex account.
Online Orders
To purchase online please follow these steps.
Step 1:
Select the books you wish you purchase by clicking the 'Add to Cart' button.
Step 2:
When you have selected everything you wish to purchase click the 'Checkout' button.
Step 3:
You can 'Checkout' as a guest, register for a new account, or sign into your existing account. Either of these options will commence the order process.
Step 4:
Proceed through the 'Billing Address' and 'Payment' pages by following the onscreen instructions.
Step 5:
Review your order and submit. You have completed the checkout process. You'll now get a notification in your email account that your order has been submitted. Once your order has been processed, you'll get another email confirming it has been posted.

Item Availability
You will notice that each book has an "Availability" notification in its listing. Sometimes books that are indicated as "in stock" may actually be "out of stock" due to processing errors. In these cases, we'll notify you and refund any payment which may have been made.
Payment
We accept payment with the following methods:
- Pay Pal
Selecting Pay Pal will automatically redirect you to the Pay Pal checkout. Once payment for you order has cleared all goods will be posted, usually within 1-business day within Tasmania.
Delivery
We use Australia Post 'standard delivery' or 'express post' for all orders within Australia. The cost of postage is calculated based on the total weight of the order package. This cost is added to your invoice and appears during the checkout process.
Returns & Refunds
At Red Tex we will happily exchange or refund, within 15 days of the date of purchase, provided the goods are in original condition, accompanied by proof of purchase from Red Tex.
