How do I buy books? 

1.  Browse our selection of books, and click "Add to Cart" if you would like to purchase a book.

2.  When you are ready to pay for your books, click "Proceed to Checkout".

3.  If you are a new customer click "Register" to fill in your personal details, otherwise existing customers can "Log In" into their account with their username and password.

4.  Choose you postage method (Australia Post standard post or express post), and select your payment method (Bank deposit, Australia Post Money Order, Pay Pal. Postage rates will be automatically calculated based on your postage address and payment details will appear on screen.

5.  Review your order and click "Submit".

6.  You will receive an order confirmation via email and we will process your order within 24-hours.
 

How can I pay for my order?

Our payment details will become available to you when you proceed to the checkout.  There are a variety of ways to pay for your order:

How are books packaged?

We package your books using a combination of plastic bubble wrap and cardboard to reduce the possibility of your books being damaged in transit.  All books are shipped using Australia "parcel post".

Returns Policy

Customer satisfaction is our number one goal. If you are not satisfied with a purchased item for whatever reason, return it to us within 14 days after it arrives.  We will be happy to refund your money less postage.  The buyer is responsible for the postage cost of returning the item.
